Sexual purity is a matter of the heart. Our sexual behavior reflects how much of our hearts belong to Him.
Four disciplines that help us pursue sexual purity from the heart:
1. The Spiritual discipline of re-training our fallen affections to desire Christ and His Kingdom above all else.
2. The mental discipline of taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.
3. The circumstantial discipline of avoiding situations in which you will be tempted to sin.
4. The communal discipline of inviting others to help us follow Jesus from the heart.
